## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience in C++ software development, including modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17 or newer).
 * Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
 * Experience developing, debugging, testing, and optimizing complex software applications.
 * Strong understanding of software architecture, memory management, multithreading, and performance optimization.
 * Experience with version control systems such as Git.
 * Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, unit testing, and code reviews.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
 * Experience developing simulation software, modeling systems, or real-time applications is strongly preferred.
 * Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, including debugging, profiling, and development tools, is preferred.
 * Familiarity with simulation and modeling tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, or similar platforms is a plus.
 * Experience with CMake, Windows SDK, and build automation tools is preferred.
 * Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux development environments is a plus.
 * Experience with Python scripting, system integration, or automated testing frameworks is a plus.
