## Description

We are working with a leading IT services provider supporting an established organisation in Northampton, MA. They're looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across a Microsoft-focused environment.

You'll work directly with users onsite, resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues while supporting a wider US, Canada and Mexico user base.

Key Responsibilities

 * Provide 2nd line and deskside support
 * Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and peripherals
 * Diagnose and resolve break/fix issues
 * Support basic networking and switches
 * Install, configure and replace IT equipment
 * Provide excellent face-to-face user support
 * Follow technical procedures and troubleshooting processes
