* Drive architecture across frontend, backend, infrastructure, AI services, and shared platform components.
 * Design systems that remain maintainable as our product and engineering team scale.
 * Balance pragmatic delivery with long-term technical sustainability.
 * Lead technical design reviews and architectural decision making.

Engineering Excellence

 * Establish coding standards and engineering best practices.
 * Improve consistency across services, APIs, and shared libraries.
 * Raise the overall quality of the codebase through thoughtful reviews and mentorship.
 * Improve observability, testing, performance, reliability, and developer experience.

Technical Leadership

 * Mentor engineers through architecture discussions, design reviews, and pair programming.
 * Help engineers grow into stronger software architects.
 * Guide implementation without becoming a bottleneck.
