## About the Role

Our client, a leader in innovative hardware development, is seeking a dedicated Technical Program Manager - Hardware to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager - Hardware, you will be part of the Advanced Hardware Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams involved in pioneering autonomous vehicle technology. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership qualities, which will align successfully within the organization., * 5+ years of experience in Hardware Program Management or Engineering Management, managing cross-functional teams on HW/SW integration during development phases.

 * BS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
 * Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Gantt charts.
 * Prior experience working with contract manufacturers (CMs).
 * Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills.

## Description

* Define tasks, resources, and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure successful program delivery that meets company milestones.
 * Develop a comprehensive program roadmap to effectively communicate deliverables to stakeholders and hold teams accountable.
 * Proactively identify and mitigate risks within the program schedule to ensure smooth project execution.
 * Set agendas for key decision-making meetings to eliminate bottlenecks and minimize risks.
 * Establish standard reports to provide concise and effective communications on program status, issues, risks, and accomplishments to key stakeholders.
