## About the Role

* 2 to 5 years of IT, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or IT Governance experience.
 * Strong documentation and organizational skills.
 * Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 preferred.
 * Familiarity with DR concepts, infrastructure, cloud, and application environments.

## Description

* Provide operational and documentation support for the Disaster Recovery Program through recovery plan development, testing coordination, compliance tracking, reporting, and ServiceNow BCM administration., * Develop and maintain DR Plans, Runbooks, and Test Plans.
 * Update and maintain ServiceNow BCM records and recovery inventories.
 * Coordinate meetings, testing schedules, and evidence collection activities.
 * Track remediation actions, risks, and compliance metrics.
 * Assist with audit evidence preparation and reporting.
 * Perform CMDB validation and data quality analysis.
