## Description

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our Customer Technology team and support the development, testing, and maintenance of shipment tools. In this role, you will help ensure high-quality releases across our platforms by building automated tests, validating APIs and data-driven systems, and partnering closely with cross-functional technology teams. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented quality professional to make a direct impact on product reliability, test coverage, and delivery efficiency., * Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for UI and service-level testing.

 * Create comprehensive test cases that support new development, maintenance, and release readiness.
 * Prepare, manage, and validate test data for functional, regression, automation, API, and data-driven testing.
 * Test APIs and services to ensure accuracy, reliability, and integration quality across shipment tools.
 * Support quality assurance activities across platforms to help deliver high-quality releases.
 * Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and data engineers to understand requirements, identify risks, and resolve defects.
 * Analyze test results, document issues clearly, and support timely defect resolution.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation coverage, and testing efficiency.
