* Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
 * Five years of experience in Information Technology in a Manufacturing, private, public, government or military environment.
 * Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs.
 * Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
 * Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a bachelor s degree or higher in Information Technology.
 * Combined experience with Linux Systems and Digital Transcription
 * Cisco VOIP support experience for phones
