Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. ## Description * Develop and ship new features that directly support user acquisition, engagement, and retention goals * Build scalable, performant backend and frontend systems that support growing user bases and increasing data volumes * Partner with product managers, designers, and growth teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions * Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established coding standards and best practices * Monitor application performance, analytics, and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement * Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and learn from experienced engineers on the team * Iterate rapidly on features based on user feedback and product metrics * Contribute to technical documentation and share knowledge with the team * Maintain and improve existing features to ensure reliability, security, and optimal user experience
