* Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation.
 * Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs.
 * Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness assessments.
 * Drive user adoption and manage resistance to change across business teams.
 * Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure successful transformation.
