An interim U.S. Top Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. ## Description * Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to lead activities to plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions. * Leads others to evaluate customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. * Leads analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture. * Leads, develops, maintains and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes. * Develop and maintain requirements, architecture, algorithms, interfaces, and design for high-performance software solutions. * Leading software system design activities including Software Requirement Specification (SRS) development, Hardware and Software Interface Requirements Specification (IRS), and integrating completed software components into a fully functional software system through mission/system testing. * Support progress demonstration presentations to customer representatives and program/IPT leadership. * Support IPT by implementing a structured approach to defining and meeting a development and integration schedule alongside a rigorously managed cost baseline.
