## About the Role

implementation, SAP ERP implementations and upgrades, business process transformation, or data analytic - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field such as Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science is required - Hands-on SAP GRC and security implementation or effective SAP audit experience; exposure to recent versions of SAP GRC (10.1 or 12.0) and S/4HANA is highly preferred - Project or team lead experience, specifically within a consulting firm, is preferred - Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or SAP Certified Technology Professional is highly preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior-level executives - Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements - Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

## Description

Responsibilities: - Plan and execute client engagements focusing on SAP security, SAP GRC, and the audit readiness of complex SAP environments (including S/4HANA) - Evaluate the design and effectiveness of SAP controls throughout the business cycle and provide strategic remediation recommendations - Work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of SAP security, automation, and SAP controls - Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Associates and Senior Associates on engagements, fostering a high-performing team environment - Help to coach and train team members to grow the SAP knowledge base of the team, and contribute to internal practice development initiatives - Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: - Minimum five years of recent experience in areas such as SAP audit (GITCs and business process), SAP controls, SAP security design/re-design, SAP GRC
