## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
 * 3+ years of experience in pricing, sales operations, business analytics, customer support, manufacturing, or other product-focused business environments. Experience supporting building products, manufacturing, cabinetry, millwork, or related industries is a plus.
 * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and advanced mathematical skills, and experience analyzing large datasets to develop actionable business recommendations.
 * Experience working with ERP systems and maintaining data integrity; experience with Power BI and SQL for reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence is highly desirable.
 * Strong communication, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
