## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree.
 * At least three years of experience in Agile requirements writing and/or project management, subject to applicable PWS education
 * equivalencies.
 * Extensive SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Office experience.
 * Statistical analysis, data review, project reporting, and risk management knowledge., * PMP, CAPM, or another professional program management certification.
 * Confluence, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Team Foundation Server.
 * Agile methodology and federal IT program experience

## Description

Provide project coordination, reporting, analytical, and process improvement support for an ICE SEVP IT Program Management Office., * Track work assignments, milestones, project status, and deliverables.

 * Prepare program reports, briefings, dashboards, and presentations.
 * Support system, training, and help-text requirements and Agile user stories.
 * Use SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Office tools.
 * Perform statistical analysis and data reviews to inform decisions.
 * Recommend improvements to IT project management processes.
 * Support project risk identification, tracking, and mitigation.
 * Work independently with federal and contractor stakeholders.
