## Description

* Lead Management: Promptly respond to inbound internet leads, phone inquiries, and online shoppers using multi-channel follow-up
 * Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified sales appointments for our sales team and manage follow-ups to ensure high show rates
 * Service Drive Data Mining: Proactively engage existing service customers to identify equity opportunities, lease pull-aheads, and upgrade options
 * Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Accurately log all customer interactions, notes, and appointment statuses in our CRM system
 * Follow-Up: Execute systematic, multi-day outreach campaigns for prospective and past customers to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
