Cross-discipline delivery * For the designated ART coordinator, facilitate cross-team PI objectives, dependency resolution, risk follow-up and synchronization with a qualified backup. * Track sprint-goal and milestone outcomes, aging work and technical-debt decisions; prepare A002 roadmap and A001 status inputs with actionable exceptions. Evidence and Government interfaces * Capture decisions and accountable actions for PI events, demos and reviews; distinguish a team commitment from Government acceptance or release authorization. * Coordinate legacy-tool/pipeline transitions without losing backlog traceability, test independence or the record of approved changes.
