## About the Role

Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Network Design, Database Extract Transform and Load (ETL), ArcGIS, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Design Services, Metrics, Office Equipment, Laptop PC, Broadband, 3+ years of direct FTTH design experience or Telecom GIS (fiber-to-the-home required)

Strong understanding of outside plant (OSP) fiber network design

Experience meeting production-based design metrics

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Must provide home office equipment (laptop, dual monitors, reliable high-speed internet)

## Description

Receive completed designs and field redlines
Update and correct network designs
Incorporate construction redlines
Create as-built documentation
Perform design corrections and adjustments
Run ETL/validation processes
Review for critical errors before submitting downstream
Maintain GIS records and database accuracy
Utilize ArcGIS Pro (Arc Pro) for fiber network design and mapping
Follow established engineering and design standards
Collaborate with Senior Engineers on assigned territories
Transition to independent design production within 4–6 weeks
