## Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance a recently developed Salesforce application, implement business requirements, and remediate defects. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Service Cloud, and Copado CI/CD., * Develop, enhance, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Salesforce Flows, and Lightning Web Components.

 * Follow a configuration-first approach, prioritizing declarative solutions such as Flow Builder, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts before custom coding.
 * Manage source control, deployments, and release pipelines across Salesforce environments using Copado or comparable Salesforce CI/CD tools.
 * Write and maintain Apex unit tests, meet code coverage requirements, and troubleshoot defects in collaboration with DevOps teams.
 * Investigate, debug, triage, and remediate application defects.
 * Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment notes, and release documentation.
 * Use Jira to create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, design changes, and defect tickets.
