## About the Role

Do you have experience in Scanning?, We're looking for a detail-oriented System Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll operate a front-end computer work station and utilize Windows and Microsoft programs. You'll be working with vendors, service technicians and end users to ensure top-quality output while delivering excellent customer service., * Must be able to pass a security clearance

 * Must be able to commute to, and work onsite in West Point, NY 10996
 * Must be able to work a schedule from 7:30am-4pm est
 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment

## Description

* Operate high-speed digital printers, copiers, and duplicating equipment
 * Prepare, format, and troubleshoot files for print (PDF-ready)
 * Perform binding, cutting, folding, and finishing tasks
 * Handle CD/DVD/Blu-ray duplication and packaging
 * Scan, index, and perform OCR on documents with 100% quality checks
 * Review job orders, select materials, and ensure on-time production
 * Track production data and maintain accurate records
 * Provide friendly, professional support to customers (in person, phone, email)
 * Maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and keep a clean workspace
