This role focuses on structured cabling, rack and stack activities, hardware installations, cable management, and infrastructure support. Successful candidates will be comfortable working in fast-paced environments while adhering to strict quality, safety, and operational standards., * Experience working in data center, telecommunications, structured cabling, or critical infrastructure environments. * Experience pulling, terminating, dressing, and testing Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cabling. * Experience with rack and stack installations and cable management. * Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and construction drawings. * Familiarity with structured cabling standards and industry best practices. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication and organizational skills., * BICSI certification or equivalent industry training. * Experience working in enterprise or hyperscale data center environments. * Manufacturer certifications related to structured cabling or infrastructure systems. * Experience using ticketing systems, asset management systems, or infrastructure management platforms.
