## About the Role

## Description

* Collaborate with functional leads and college administrators to support effective adoption and utilization of AI processes and AI agents.
 * Evaluate, recommend, and implement new software solutions and system upgrades to enhance institutional operations.
 * Administer and maintain integrations with Insight Stream, AI agents within the Oracle Fusion system, and other critical applications.
 * Configure, install, and maintain AI software updates, customizations, and scheduled jobs to ensure AI systems are up-to-date and performing optimally.
 * Assist with the development and implementation of integrations for Insightstream AI and other AI-enhanced systems, using APIs, scripts, and related tools to ensure data consistency and interoperability.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, integrations, and operational procedures.
 * Monitor AI system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal reliability and efficiency.
 * Communicate and coordinate with management and support teams during system outages or planned changes to minimize disruptions. Perform other duties as assigned as by the Director of Information Systems.
