## About the Role

* Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individuals able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.
 * The successful candidate should be willing and able to multitask and move from assignment to assignment as deadlines and priorities change.
 * Knowledge of complex databases and how to learn new processes quickly and efficiently is a must.
 * Must have good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external consumers., * A high school diploma (or equivalent),
 * Two-year minimum experience working in a professional IT based setting,
 * Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Sharepoint and Access),
 * The ability to enter data into, and extract data from, electronic databases,
 * The ability to work independently and on a team with different personalities,
 * The ability to handle multiple, shifting priorities,
 * Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external entities.
 * Certification in Microsoft Office products (preferred but not required)
 * Experience creating and maintaining databases and mapping existing databases (preferred but not required)
 * Experience in SQL, Python, R or Tableau (preferred but not required)
 * Additional certifications may be required.

## Description

* Providing analysis of data,
 * Create and maintain data dictionaries,
 * Run and maintain data pipeline processes,
 * Map existing databases and perform routine database maintenance as specifically directed,
 * Provide various aspects of general computer support,
 * Provide training and support for Department of Health staff, providers and consumers.
