 * Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for organizing, reviewing, and maintaining information.

 * Ability to follow established processes and manage repetitive tasks consistently.
 * Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

## Description

Pricebook Digital is seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations Specialist to support our Distributor Operations team by maintaining accurate data, reviewing records for inconsistencies, and assisting with routine reporting., * Enter, update, and maintain information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal business systems.

 * Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, correcting errors when appropriate.
 * Compare information across multiple sources to identify missing, duplicate, or conflicting records.
 * Organize, sort, filter, and clean data to keep information accurate and easy to use.
 * Use Excel or Google Sheets to maintain records, perform calculations, and prepare routine reports.
 * Run standard reports and summarize findings for the Distributor Operations team.
 * Flag unusual results, discrepancies, or data quality concerns and follow established procedures to resolve them.
 * Work with team members across the business to clarify information and maintain reliable records.
 * Follow established workflows and documentation standards while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
