## Description

Our Engineering team is seeking highly motivated Durability Testing Technicians to support accelerated product testing. This hands-on position involves assembling and disassembling vehicle components, building test fixtures, and executing rigorous tests. We're looking for candidates with a strong passion for learning, skill development, and collaboration to deliver effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do

 * Execute durability tests, including setup, inspections, maintenance, and retrofits
 * Document and report issues identified during testing or inspections
 * Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical challenges
 * Support instrumentation and data acquisition processes
 * Assist in assembling and wiring test fixtures, with the ability to read wiring diagrams
 * Operate fabrication equipment such as drills and band saws
 * Learn from and support fellow technicians and engineers
