## About the Role

* Experience in Desktop Support, Deskside Support, IT Support, or Field Support.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS environments.
 * Experience with laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, and hardware replacement.
 * Knowledge of Active Directory / Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
 * Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 applications.
 * Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence.
 * Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP addresses, DHCP/DNS, static IP configuration, and remote connectivity.
 * Experience with IT asset management and inventory reconciliation.
 * Strong customer service and communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently in an onsite enterprise IT environment.
