## About the Role

Technical Focus: 70% Go Development | 20% GCP & Kubernetes | 10% GenAI.

 * 5+ years of hands-on Go (Golang) development with strong backend/server-side expertise.
 * Proven experience building microservices and large-scale enterprise applications.

Must have strong Java experience: Python preferred.

Must have 3+ years Cloud/Containerization experience

 * 3+ years of Google Cloud (GCP) experience.
 * Strong expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.
 * Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

Must have 2+ years GenAI

 * 2+ years developing Generative AI solutions using OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, or similar frameworks.

Must have some level of lead experience within Agile

 * Strong architecture and design skills with focus on scalability, security, and performance.
 * Hands-on self-starter capable of leading technical delivery in an agile environment.
