The Senior Program Manager will lead a team to build, deliver, and manage classified and unclassified ServiceNow FSM capabilities. The Senior Program Manager will also provide comprehensive support for the usage of ServiceNow across various capabilities and lanes such as Program Management, Solutions Architecture, Business Process Integration & Automation, Project Management, and Cyber Security. To ensure program success, the Senior Program Manager will manage the total work effort, plan and schedule, manage resources, plan transitions, prepare deliverables, assure quality and metrics, manage customer relationships, and engage in strategic business planning.
