## About the Role

* 2+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience, including:
 * Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
 * Data modeling and development of semantic models
 * DAX measures and calculations
 * Power Query / M for data preparation and transformation
 * Report and dashboard development, including drill-downs, filters, and interactive visualizations
 * Row-level security and role-based reporting
 * Performance tuning and optimization of datasets, models, and reports
 * Publishing, workspaces, deployment, refresh scheduling, and lifecycle management
 * 2+ years of experience with Snowflake, including SQL development, querying, views, and working with enterprise data models.
 * Familiarity with ERP business processes and data within one or more of the following areas:
 * Finance / Accounting
 * Procurement / Supply Chain
 * Human Resources / Payroll
 * Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
 * Strong data validation and reconciliation skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
 * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple reports, requirements, and priorities.
 * Ability to work collaboratively with business analysts, functional SMEs, data engineers, and project stakeholders.
 * Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify better ways to present, analyze, and use enterprise data.

Preferred

 * Experience developing paginated reports using Power BI (formerly SSRS Report Builder).
 * Experience supporting an ERP implementation, modernization, or legacy reporting migration.
 * Experience developing reports against complex financial or operational data.
 * Understanding of reporting governance, testing, documentation, and production deployment practices.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics for a large-scale ERP implementation. The developer will work closely with functional and technical teams to translate business and reporting requirements into intuitive, accurate, and high-performing Power BI solutions using data sourced from Snowflake.
