 * Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud mandatory; Experience Cloud preferred).
 * Strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce data model.
 * Experience in API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft).
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and governor limits.
 * Proven experience in enterprise Salesforce implementations.
 * Strong execution ownership and stakeholder communication skills.

## Description

* Lead design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
 * Drive technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
 * Work closely with business and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
 * Own technical delivery, execution tracking, and milestone closure.
 * Manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
 * Ensure performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
 * Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to engineering teams.
 * Support issue resolution and root cause analysis for critical production problems.
