## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
 * Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.
 * Solid understanding of 120V to 480V electrical systems and industrial power distribution.
 * Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
 * Competency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation., * Technical certification in electromechanical systems or industrial maintenance.
 * Hands-on experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS).
 * Current OSHA 10-Hour certification.
 * Proven ability to operate a variety of powered and manual hand tools safely.

## Description

* Execute proactive maintenance schedules to optimize the longevity and efficiency of automated distribution assets.
 * Resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults in conveyor systems, motors, and high-voltage circuitry to restore operational flow.
 * Install and calibrate advanced packaging machinery to meet rigorous throughput requirements.
 * Diagnose system malfunctions using technical schematics and implement permanent corrective actions.
 * Document all service interventions and equipment health metrics to support data-driven maintenance strategies.
 * Champion a culture of safety by strictly adhering to industrial protocols and regulatory standards during all repairs.
