## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands-on IT experience, ideally at an MSP or in project-focused roles
 * Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server
 * Working knowledge of networking: firewalls, VLANs, VPNs
 * Clear writing and communication skills, since you'll work directly with clients
 * The ability to manage multiple projects on your own

Nice to have:

 * Autotask, ConnectWise, N-able, or similar PSA/RMM tools
 * Certifications: CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco

## Description

* Lead Microsoft 365 setups and migrations for new and existing clients
 * Deploy servers, both on-prem Windows Server and cloud-hosted
 * Configure network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs, wireless
 * Scope projects with clients and our internal team, then deliver them
 * Document configurations and procedures so the next engineer can pick them up cleanly
