## About the Role

* High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience in a technical or manufacturing setting.
 * Proven ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications, including GD&T.
 * Proficiency in ERP software, such as Epicor, and Microsoft Office Suite.
 * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment., * 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing industry, such as medical devices or aerospace.
 * Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team-based problem-solving.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective documentation and reporting.
 * Experience with Adobe software for document management and editing.

## Description

* Manage engineering change orders (ECO) and product revisions to ensure seamless transitions in manufacturing processes.
 * Maintain accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOM) and routing data within ERP systems to support daily production requirements.
 * Provide technical support for Material Review Board (MRB) processes, facilitating rapid resolution of non-conforming material issues.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new product introductions into existing manufacturing workflows.
 * Ensure all manufacturing documentation and specifications are compliant with internal quality standards and customer requirements.
 * Monitor and update production records to maintain high levels of data integrity and operational transparency.
