## About the Role

* Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent experience may be substituted; two years of relevant experience may be substituted for one year of education).
 * Minimum of 5 years of systems, network, or infrastructure administration experience in a small to mid-sized enterprise environment.
 * Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, virtualization platforms, and enterprise networking technologies.
 * Working knowledge of firewall administration, backup and disaster recovery processes, and cybersecurity best practices.
 * Experience with automation, scripting, SQL, or systems integrations preferred.

 * Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server) preferred.
 * Experience supporting multi-site environments and cloud-based infrastructure.
 * Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware/Broadcom and enterprise telecommunications systems.

## Description

* Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, and related cloud technologies.
 * Manage user accounts, authentication services, conditional access policies, multifactor authentication (MFA), permissions, and identity security.
 * Monitor, maintain, and enhance network infrastructure, firewalls, virtual environments, backups, and disaster recovery systems.
 * Implement system upgrades, security patches, updates, and new technology solutions to improve performance, reliability, and security.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, connectivity, messaging, and application issues while ensuring timely ticket resolution.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, procedures, and knowledge base resources.
 * Monitor security events, support compliance initiatives, and follow best practices aligned with NIST and cybersecurity standards.
 * Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using scripting, SQL, integrations, and workflow technologies.
 * Support and maintain a multi-site WAN environment serving 1,000+ users across 150+ locations, and participate in on-call or emergency support as needed.
 * Other duties as assigned by hiring manager.
