## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent
 * 5+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations
 * Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
 * Ability to read one-line diagrams and OEM documentation, * Associate or bachelor's degree in technical field
 * Industry or OEM certifications
 * Experience with BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and CMMS platforms
 * Prior leadership or acting-lead experience, * Safety and risk management mindset

## Description

* Operations Leadership & Monitoring

 * Serve as the senior technical resource during assigned shifts
 * Monitor and manage electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems
 * Lead response to alarms, events, and abnormal conditions
 * Conduct detailed facility walkthroughs and validate system performance
 * Lead shift turnovers and status communications

 * Electrical & Mechanical Systems Execution

 * Operate and maintain UPS, generators, switchgear, ATS/STS, PDUs, and RPPs
 * Operate and support chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, and valves
 * Execute system switching, load transfers, and isolations per approved procedures
 * Identify system deficiencies and single points of failure

 * Maintenance & Change Management

 * Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities
 * Review, validate, and execute MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs
 * Participate in change management and risk assessments
 * Oversee vendor activities and verify post-maintenance restoration
 * Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
 * Enforce LOTO, electrical safety, arc-flash, and PPE requirements
 * Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis
 * Documentation & Reporting
 * Maintain and review operational logs and maintenance records
 * Contribute to procedures and technical documentation
 * Training, Mentorship & Development
 * Mentor junior technicians and new hires
 * Support qualification programs and skill assessments

 * Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

 * Enforce LOTO, electrical safety, arc-flash, and PPE requirements
 * Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis
