## About the Role

We're interested in candidates with 3+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, payment processing, financial technology, SaaS onboarding, banking operations, or a related field.

Experience with merchant services, point-of-sale systems, or payment integrations is preferred but not required.

You should be comfortable managing multiple projects, communicating with clients, coordinating across departments, and working through technical or operational issues.

Experience with CRM platforms, project management tools, payment systems, or software implementations is helpful.

A bachelor's degree in business, information systems, finance, technology, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered.

What success looks like

New merchants know what to expect. Systems are configured and tested properly. Problems are addressed quickly. And when implementation is complete, the merchant is ready to use their payment solution with confidence.

We're looking for someone who can manage the details without losing sight of the customer's experience.

## Description

We're looking for someone who's organized, easy to work with, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You'll guide new merchants through the setup process, keep everyone on the same page, and make sure customers feel supported from the beginning.

You don't need to have every answer right away, but you should be someone who follows through, communicates clearly, and knows how to bring the right people together to get things done.

What you'll manage

 * Oversee the implementation of payment-processing solutions for new merchant accounts.
 * Coordinate merchant onboarding, account setup, and system configuration.
 * Work with sales, support, and technical teams to plan implementation timelines.
 * Help coordinate point-of-sale equipment setup, payment terminals, and e-commerce integrations.
 * Track implementation milestones and resolve delays.
 * Communicate with merchants about requirements, timelines, and next steps.
 * Coordinate testing and confirm that payment systems are functioning as expected.
 * Help troubleshoot implementation issues and escalate technical problems when needed.
 * Maintain accurate implementation records and project updates.
 * Support merchant training and the transition to ongoing account support.
 * Monitor implementation performance and identify opportunities to improve the process.
 * Help develop consistent procedures for new merchant launches.
