## About the Role

* 3+ years of telecommunications or related technical support experience.
 * Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco UCM.
 * Experience with telecommunications equipment deployment and support.
 * Experience testing and troubleshooting phones and telecom devices.
 * Strong customer service and end-user support skills.
 * Ability to provide end-user training and technical assistance.
 * Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
 * Ability to travel between multiple client locations., * This role requires you to travel within Whiteplains, Bronx and Yonkers. Do you have a car to travel on an as-needed basis?

## Description

* Assist with migration from the existing telecom system to Cisco UCM.
 * Deploy and configure telecommunications devices.
 * Test phones and related telecom equipment after deployment.
 * Troubleshoot Cisco UCM and telecommunications issues.
 * Provide end-user training on the new Cisco phone system.
 * Provide on-site technical support during and after deployment.
 * Work with project and technical teams to support successful site transitions.
 * Travel between White Plains, Bronx, Nyack, and other assigned client locations.
 * Participate in approved on-call or overtime work when required.
