The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  1. Associate degree or equivalent to two to three years related experience and/or training.

 2. Experience using or supporting Microsoft Windows, desktop/laptop operating systems.

 3. Knowledge of computer networking.

 4. Excellent problem-solving and communication (both verbal and in writing) skills.

 5. Critical thinker and attention to detail.

 6. Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize according to deadlines.

## Description

The part-time position will provide on-site IT support on Saturday as well as one weekday to ensure the property's information management system continues to perform as it should., * Assist users with requests submitted through the IT HotSOS ticketing system, as well as email and voicemail requests promptly.

 * Assign and maintain user login and password(s)
 * Work with third-party vendors for ongoing maintenance and support of the property's telephone, internet, and Wifi system.
 * Evaluate unresolved issues and monitor follow-up to ensure timely resolution
 * Performs preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals
 * Other duties as assigned.
