## About the Role

Required experience & qualifications

 * 5+ years in change/release management (ITIL-aligned), ideally with infrastructure-as-code environments.
 * Strong coordination across engineering and operations.
 * Risk-assessment and rollback-planning discipline; comfort with formal audit requirements.
 * ITIL certification preferred.

## Description

* Own the change-control process and chair the change-advisory board.
 * Ensure every production change flows through automation or a governed, auditable manual procedure.
 * Own the AWS tenancy relationship and its governance.
 * Direct the Release and Infrastructure Engineers on the Terraform estate, Helm charts and CI/CD pipeline for chain-node deployments.
 * Report on change success and change-related incidents to the Engagement Director.
