## About the Role

* Associates degree in Computer Science or related field and/or industry recognized certification (CompTIA ITF+ or A+) desired.
 * Experience with the operation, maintenance, upgrading, and repair of desktop computers, laptop computers, Chromebooks, tablets, and related peripheral devices.
 * Experience with various operating systems, including Windows Desktop/Server, Mac OS, iOS, and Chrome OS.
 * Experience with productivity applications, including Office 365 and G Suite.
 * Experience with the operation, maintenance, and repair of audiovisual equipment and other peripheral classroom equipment including interactive whiteboards, document cameras and wireless projection devices.
 * Experience in the effective utilization of a work order tracking system.
 * Must be motivated and self-directed with superior problem-solving, communication, customer service, technical, organizational, and leadership skills.
 * Ability to acquire and maintain a valid substitute certificate from the State of New Jersey.
