## About the Role

* At least four years of relevant IT experience, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to restaurant teams and leadership.
 * The ability to manage competing requests, follow issues through to resolution, and document your work.
 * Ability to travel to restaurant locations for occasional hands-on support.

Preferred: Three or more years of restaurant IT experience, or substantial POS experience with a demonstrated ability to learn restaurant platforms quickly.

## Description

We're looking for a Restaurant IT Specialist to keep the technology our teams and guests rely on running smoothly. You'll be the lead internal resource for our point-of-sale (POS) systems and connected restaurant platforms, helping resolve complex issues, improve existing systems, and support new store openings.

What you'll do

 * Support POS, online ordering, third-party delivery, loyalty, and stored-value platforms.
 * Manage POS back-end settings and restaurant menus, including approved updates to items, pricing, modifiers, and availability.
 * Troubleshoot escalated Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues involving restaurant systems, integrations, and hardware. Work with vendors when needed to reach a resolution.
 * Identify recurring issues and make improvements that help keep restaurant operations stable.
 * Develop and maintain hardware standards, support procedures, and system documentation.
 * Work with operations and leadership to understand restaurant needs and deliver practical technology solutions.
 * Support platform enhancements, cross-department projects, new store installations, and occasional fieldwork.
 * Assist with general IT support requests when needed.
