## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Data Mesh Architecture (Must Have)
 * Strong experience with AWS services - Redshift, Lake Formation, Lambda, S3, and Glue
 * Experience designing and implementing Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
 * Expertise in ETL pipelines, data integration, and data governance
 * Experience with data cataloging, data lineage, and access controls
 * Strong leadership experience managing data engineering teams

Experience Required:

 * 10+ years of Data Architecture experience
 * 5+ years of Cloud Data Platform experience
 * 2+ years of technical leadership or team management experience
 * Experience working in Agile environments
