## About the Role

* Experience: 1-3 years of professional software development experience.
 * C#: professional experience writing and maintaining C# applications.
 * Dynamic problem solving: comfortable debugging and developing custom code as requirements take shape.
 * Project management: able to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects at once.
 * Team coordination: clear communication and collaboration with developers, engineers, and business staff.
 * Public speaking: confident presenting to groups for training sessions and live debugging.
 * GitHub: working knowledge of basic workflows such as branching, commits, and pull requests.
 * Bachelor's (or greater) degree in Computer Science / Software Development (or similar field) from an EAC/ABET-accredited university required or equivalent experience, required.

Big Plus: Experience in the MEP industry or with Autodesk Revit, including the Revit API or add-in development, is a huge plus. It will help you ramp up fast and build tools engineers love to use.

Summary: Resolut is hiring a Software Developer to join a small but growing team whose custom tools are critical to daily engineering and business operations. Projects are varied and often full stack., * Design, build, and maintain custom software, from engineering calculation tools to full stack web and mobile applications.

 * Debug and improve existing code, often where the solution process is developed alongside the product.
 * Coordinate with teammates and internal stakeholders to scope requirements and set priorities.
 * Manage projects from request through delivery, including timelines and status updates.
 * Lead training sessions and debugging walkthroughs for engineers and staff who use our tools.
