## About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Analyst to support procurement operations, SAP material master data, and contract administration during an ERP transition., * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.

 * At least 1 year of relevant experience in SAP material master data, digital procurement, finance, or business analysis.
 * Knowledge of SAP material master structures, valuation classes, and G/L account mapping.
 * Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
 * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, or Coupa.
 * Experience with procurement contracts, supplier data, pricing, or source lists.
 * Spanish, Portuguese, or French language skills are a plus., * How many years of experience do you have working with SAP material master data or digital procurement?
 * Do you have hands-on experience with SAP material master structures, valuation classes, and G/L account mapping?
 * Do you have experience creating material codes, maintaining supplier data, or configuring SAP source lists?
 * Do you have experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and working with ERP systems such as SAP, D365, Oracle, or Coupa?
 * Are you comfortable working remotely, with occasional office visits or travel if required, at $33.65/hour on W2 with no benefits?

## Description

* Maintain SAP material master data and supplier information.
 * Create material codes and configure SAP source lists for automated purchase orders.
 * Support contract data management, pricing alignment, and procurement compliance.
 * Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Data Standards teams.
 * Ensure accurate material data, valuation classes, and G/L account mappings.
 * Maintain documentation and audit trails for contract and material records.
 * Support SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) transition activities.
