Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with AvePoint migration tools. * Entry-level certifications such as Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), AWS Cloud Practitioner, or CompTIA Cloud+. * Exposure to Microsoft 365 environments, specifically SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange. ## Description As a Cloud Migration Engineer, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of cloud migration projects. Working closely with senior migration specialists, you will leverage a variety of migration tools and techniques. This role requires ensuring smooth, secure, and compliant migrations aligned with industry standards (CMMC, CIS, NIST, ISO 27001)., Cloud Migration Support * Assist with planning, executing, and documenting migration projects from on-premises and hybrid environments to Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft GCC/GCC High environments. * Conduct pre-migration assessments, including data analysis and migration readiness checks. * Execute migrations and conduct post-migration validation to ensure data integrity, compliance, and correct configuration of cloud environments. Migration Tool Management * Utilize various migration tools and methodologies to execute migrations effectively. * Maintain detailed documentation of migration strategies, configurations, and outcomes following best practices. * Provide technical support and training to internal teams on migration processes and best practices. Cloud Infrastructure & Security * Support the establishment of secure and compliant cloud infrastructure aligned with standards such as CMMC, NIST SP 800 series, DFARS, and ISO 27001. * Assist in configuring cloud environments, including network, storage, compute resources, and associated security controls. Compliance and Documentation * Ensure migration projects maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks, including ITAR, DFARS, and GDPR. * Document comprehensive migration processes, standards, and best practices.
