## Description

Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in project management and client services OR an established professional within this field? We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual to join our team as an Implementation Specialist. In this role, you'll be a key part of our implementation process, including creating and maintaining project plans that align with the project scope. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is eager to learn and grow in the world of project delivery.

What You'll Do

 * Create & manage implementation project plans.
 * Schedule and prepare for client meetings.
 * Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
 * Document meeting notes, action items, and client decisions.
 * Provide regular status updates to internal teams and clients.
 * Document risks & escalate concerns to leadership, when needed.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Fulfillment, Compliance, Marketing, IT, Claims, & more.
