## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
 * 3+ years of experience in analytics, statistics, data engineering, data science, machine learning, AI, or a related discipline.
 * Experience with SQL, Python, Snowflake, and dbt.
 * Familiarity with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG, machine learning, and workflow automation.
 * Experience building dashboards, analytics products, or data-driven business solutions.
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with platforms such as Snowflake Cortex, Streamlit, React, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, Github Copilot, Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
 * Experience developing AI assistants, copilots, agents, or other production-ready AI solutions.
 * Experience in insurance, financial services, or a highly regulated industry.

## Description

* Develop and deploy AI and analytics solutions, including generative AI applications, workflow automation, knowledge assistants, and decision-support tools.
 * Partner with Product Development Actuaries to translate business needs into scalable data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
 * Design and maintain data models, pipelines, and Snowflake assets that support reporting, analytics, and AI tools.
 * Create dashboards that drive quick decision making.
 * Build and maintain Python- and SQL-based solutions to automate processes, enhance data solutions, and increase efficiency.
 * Support AI initiatives from concept through deployment, adoption, and continuous iteration.
 * Champion best practices in analytics engineering, responsible AI, and data governance.
