## About the Role

+ 8 to 10 years of software engineering experience within banking, capital markets, or financial services.
 + Strong hands-on expertise in Java (Java 11/17+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and Angular.
 + Strong working knowledge of SQL/data modeling and messaging technologies such as Kafka and/or MQ.
 + Experience with SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and production support.
 + Ability to present technical solutions to senior business and technology stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally across distributed teams.

 + Act as a technical consultant for architecture reviews, modernization initiatives, and platform transformation efforts, identifying opportunities to simplify architecture, improve scalability, and reduce technical debt.
 + Drive engineering excellence across application architecture, API design, microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native development.
 + Support delivery teams by performing deep technical reviews, resolving complex technical challenges, and addressing production issues.
