You can explain why share of voice moved, what drove it, and what it is worth. * Educational Requirements: Bachelor's in Communication, Journalism, or related Marketing degrees, * You think brand and performance are different teams' problems. * You measure success by what you produced rather than what it moved. * You let agency interpretation substitute for strategic clarity in your briefs. ## Description Brand without performance accountability is positioning. Performance without brand coherence is noise. This role exists at that intersection. You will design and orchestrate omnichannel campaigns across web, email, and social that build brand presence and move measurable business metrics, using agencies and freelancers as execution arms while you own the strategy, the brief, and the outcome. You will also serve as the brand intelligence layer for paid media, feeding creative direction and audience signal to the teams running paid so that owned and paid tell the same story and reinforce each other., * Design omnichannel campaigns with a defined performance thesis: what the campaign is supposed to move, how each channel contributes to that movement, and how the audience journey connects web, email, and social into a single arc rather than parallel activations. * Own AEO and SEO strategy as a performance lever, not a hygiene function. Define how the brand wins organic discovery, brief agencies to execute against that architecture, and hold them accountable to rankings, traffic quality, and content performance. * Conceive social media campaigns with measurable intent, then direct creative agencies to execute with fidelity to the original strategy. Organic social is the proof of brand voice; you own what it says and what it is trying to do. * Own always-on email as the highest-accountability channel in the mix: lifecycle architecture, segmentation logic, automation sequences, deliverability, and performance. This is where brand investment converts to relationship, and you treat it accordingly. * Brief web agencies on messaging hierarchy, page intent, and conversion narrative. The brief is your product; the agency executes it. * Quantify brand performance: share of voice, earned mentions, amplification rates, sentiment movement, and how those signals correlate with downstream pipeline or revenue metrics. Present brand health as a business argument, not a marketing report. * Supply paid media teams with creative strategy, audience insights, and messaging frameworks drawn from owned channel performance, so that paid amplification reflects what is actually working, not what looks good in a deck.
