## Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js to lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications.  * Drive technical discussions, solution design, and implementation strategies.
 * Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
 * Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
 * Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and provide technical leadership.
 * Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and production issues.
 * Participate in release planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
