We are seeking an Oracle APEX Developer & Database Specialist with a strong foundation in database design, data modeling, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX application development., * Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX applications.

 * Develop and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, and database objects.
 * Perform database design, data modeling, and query optimization.
 * Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Implement application security, user roles, and access management.
 * Troubleshoot application and database issues.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders and provide end-user support across multiple regions.
 * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and iterative development.
