## About the Role

1+ years in help desk, call center, technical support, or POS experience

 - Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly phone presence
 - Comfortable with Windows, Android, basic networking, and remote-access tools
 - Organized, reliable, and good at juggling multiple tickets
 - Bonus: restaurant or retail work experience; knowledge of Genius/Heartland, PosiTouch, Clover, SkyTab, or payment processing

## Description

Answer inbound support calls, emails, and tickets from restaurant and retail customers

 - Troubleshoot POS software, printers, card terminals, and network connectivity remotely
 - Walk customers through menu changes, reports, and everyday how-to questions
 - Escalate on-site needs to dispatch and follow issues through to resolution
 - Keep clear, accurate notes in our ticketing system (ConnectWise)
 - Take part in an after-hours on-call rotation, Hands-on training on the POS and payment platforms we support
 - A team that has your back on tough calls
 - Room to grow into field, implementation, or account roles
